21
seconds to win the game? What are the chances of that! Eli Manning’s 81 yard drive capped of with 8 yard pass to Larry Donnell is the play that won the game for the Giants over the 49ers’. Carlos
Hyde’s touchdown with 1:45 remaining in the 4th, made the Giants a
little nervous. Having the lead for the 1st three quarters and then
getting it taken away in the 4th, the Giants weren’t going to let
that go. They answered back with that incredible touchdown made by Donnell. Both
teams played a great game of long strides and great receptions but the Giants
showed that had the last word in this game. While the 49ers’ were on top of their interceptions
with Tramaine Brock interception of Manning’s pass to Beckham in the end zone,
the Giants could sense the need for good offensive plays.
With
a great win come a lot of victories. For Manning, he reached his 27th
comeback victory in the 4th quarter and overtime. Coach, Tom
Coughlin, surpassed Paul Browner, Hall of Famer, for 12th comeback
career victories with 167 games. Many celebration after this game by the
players and fans.
